Plan Room FAQ

• NAI Plan Room does NOT work with Internet Explorer 6, please upgrade to the latest version by clicking here or try Firefox.
• Please make sure you are entering the username and password in all lower case characters, with no spaces or dashes.
• After successful login, click file manager and browse to the desired disipline, then click the file you want to download. The plan will then start to download. Please note that files can be large and may take a while to download on a slow connection.
• It is your responsibility to check the plan room for updates.
• Please do NOT post any plans on other bid exchange websites.
